So I started my marathon of big meetings on Friday. I did the removing fear of the future meditation that morning and I also listened to the spotify track while I waited to go into the building. I did the same thing this morning before my meetings. It was so helpful. I felt much calmer afterwards and I think it helped to take my mind off things for a bit. (I have a tendency to stop breathing when I get nervous or anxious, so the meditation helped make me more conscious of my breathing throughout the day.) I may try adding in the me within me meditation tomorrow. Thank you so much!
