Nearly ¼ of Americans say their mental health is fair or poor.

Fueling this crisis is the isolation that has come from the pandemic.

Why?

  • A lack of social support and infrequent meaningful social interactions

Loneliness in the Workplace

The aftermath of the pandemic have had a greater toll on working women than men.

Working women are shouldering the burden of caregiving responsibilities, women are experiencing heightened levels of stress and loneliness.

The combined pressures of work and family have grown to intolerable levels for many women over the course of the pandemic. In September alone, 300,000 women left the workforce, while 100,000 men joined it.

A Harvard report from Feb, 2021, suggests that 36% of all Americans—including 61% of young adults and 51% of mothers with young children—feel “serious loneliness.”

Both Hispanic and African American workers agree in higher numbers that they feel abandoned by coworkers when under pressure at work

Loneliness can lead to:

About Me

Hi! I’m Lisa Taylor and I’m the Founder of The Hive Holistic, a personal and business coaching service designed to help you achieve your full potential and master the entrepreneurial lifestyle.  As an entrepreneur, I’ve been through the challenges of mastering the business-owner lifestyle firsthand. 

Having lived and thrived through many life challenges  and very dark periods in a quick span of time: the challenges include marriage, moving across the state, parenthood, divorce, while being a business owner-all prior to the pandemic! All of these brought on lessons, awakenings and messages designed to find my true nature and align myself with my soul. 

Now, I’m sharing the variety of spiritual tools with others, since I’ve had such great success.  

I know that taking on the lifestyle of a business owner is challenging. And I know that taking care of yourself is the most important thing that can shift the business trajectory.
