At this moment, I am in my fullest expression as healer, guide, Coach, lightworker, mentor, friend. 

What does this all mean?

My purpose is to bring light to the planet. 

How do I do this?

 

On a very physical and tangible level, I guide/coach/support professionals into their best-selves. This is often a spiritual-level upgrade which results in better relationships, more money at work and much more. A client recently said 

“…{for}  the first time I have been awed by my own life and my own progress.”  

I transitioned my marketing business in 2019 to Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, healing and supporting the growth of the individuals behind the business on an emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level. 

My own life experiences pushed me in this direction. When you change so much internally, the outside reflects these shifts.

My perspective on why I’m here and who I am has become crystal clear.

All of my past experiences were for the purpose of growth, endurance and strength. To learn about the resources within that were necessary to tap into. 

I accepted the challenges of growth. It’s not easy, nor fun. But the rewards are unparalleled. To live at a higher perspective, a higher frequency where the trivial things don’t get to you; where you don’t have to be neurotic and paranoid and worried about this person or that person getting to you or doing things to you. 

Of course, there are things to work on – that’s why we’re here, however, taking an active role in my ascension feels good. 

Seeing the energy behind why some people enter my life, and then exit. Having a deep knowing as to what works for me versus what doesn’t and being free to communicate that to the people in my life is true freedom. It is love. 

Which began by truly loving myself. 

Each ‘flaw’ and each bad habit – loving all of those. 

Actively sending loving messages and thoughts to myself and then to others. 

Creating more love and eliminating the lower frequencies such as hate, anger, jealousy, envy, and regret. 

Through yoga teacher training and lots of meditations, having reiki administered on me weekly, psychology in character styles, astrology, tarot, shamanic journeying and initiation by my spirit team, here I am. In this more evolved version of myself, yet. If you know me, you know I have no problem sharing that I am a work in progress.
